Terms of Use

As a current member of Sample Credit Union with an existing checking account and VISA Debit Card, the terms and conditions stated under the Member and Account Agreement, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, remain in effect for the Picture Card.

A Sample Credit Union PictureCard is available to members in good standing with a valid checking account. Your PictureCard will work and function like a regular debit card and will be accepted wherever electronic VISA debit card transactions are accepted. Sample Credit Union reserves the right to reject any submitted picture. Examples of photographs which will be excluded, but not limited to, are:

• Professional photographs, photographs including artwork or a photograph including other individuals, unless you have written permission from the creator of the professional photograph, the creator of the artwork in a photograph, and all individuals in a photograph to use the photograph.
• Photographs of celebrities, athletes, musicians or public figures.
• Photographs containing provocative, offensive, racial or political material.
• Photographs with trademarked material, advertising, promotional materials, Web site addresses or competitive marking.

By applying for the Sample Credit Union PictureCard, you give Sample Credit Union permission to use the photograph on the card and agree to indemnify and hold Sample Credit Union harmless from and against any loss, damages, liability or costs incurred by or asserted against Sample Credit Union caused directly or indirectly by the use of the photograph.

YOU SHOULD KEEP A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
